This year’s Exhibitor Package includes:

- 2 Tradeshow Only Passes (access only to tradeshow floor for purposes of working booth)
- Opening Reception Sunday, November 6 - Mosaic Bar & Grill on the 2nd Floor of the Hyatt - open to exhibitors to start their networking activities after setting up their booths.
- Breakfasts, Sandwich/Beer Buffet lunches, Beer on the Tradeshow Floor on Monday and the cocktail receptions on Monday & Tuesday will take place at stations throughout the exhibitor floor to give you optimum exposure to conference delegates.

Set Up / Tear Down Schedule
Exhibitor Set Up: Sunday, November 6 at 5:00pm and must be completed by 10:00pm.
Exhibitor Tear Down: Tuesday, November 8 after 5:00 pm. Exhibitors that dismantle early will not be invited back as this disturbs the networking on the tradeshow floor.
